The Union well being ministry mentioned in a press release that the groups have been deployed in Haryana’s Panchkula district and in Alappuzha and Kottayam districts of Kerala.
“The 2 multi-disciplinary groups comprising specialists from Nationwide Middle for Illness Management, Nationwide Institute of Virology, PGIMER, Chandigarh, Dr RML Hospital, New Delhi, and Woman Hardinge Medical School, New Delhi, have been deployed to the affected districts by Ministry of Well being & Household Welfare on 4th January 2021 to help the State Well being Departments in implementing Ministry of Well being & Household Welfare’s Avian Influenza containment plan,” the assertion mentioned.
