TVision, which seeks to make use of WiFi indicators and different information to see when advertisements are performed on streaming providers or on linear TV, raises $16M, bringing complete to $39M  —  TVision is constructing what its group hopes will grow to be the usual for measuring streaming viewership — and to speed up these efforts, it is raised $16 million in new funding.
