New Delhi, October 30
India will import over 30,000 tonnes onions and potatoes to stem rising costs, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal mentioned amid studies of hovering costs.
Goyal mentioned on Friday that his authorities will import 30,000 tonnes of potato from Bhutan. He mentioned that the federal government had already imported 7,000 tonnes of onions, and anticipated 25,000 tonnes extra to reach earlier than Diwali.
The assertion comes as retail costs of greens proceed to soar throughout the nation. —-Businesses
