Prime Minister Narendra Modi will maintain 12 election rallies in poll-bound Bihar ranging from October 23, stated former Maharashtra Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Occasion (BJP) Bihar in-charge Devendra Fadnavis on Friday.
