The Bharatiya Janata Occasion on Sunday launched a listing of 46 candidates for the second section of upcoming elections to the 243-member Bihar Meeting it’s contesting in alliance with the JD-U, VIP and HAM(S)
State minister Nand Kishore Yadav (from Patna Sahib) and Nitish Mishra, son of former chief minister Jagannath Mishra, are amongst these named by the celebration as its candidates.
The listing was launched a day after the celebration’s central election committee, which incorporates Prime Minister Narendra Modi, met right here. It follows the primary listing of 27 candidates for Part I on October 7.
The BJP is contesting the meeting elections in alliance with the JD(U). Two different parties—Vikassheel Insaan Occasion (VIP) and Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) —have additionally been included within the alliance.
The BJP is contesting on 110 seats within the 243-member meeting. The celebration has given 11 seats from its quota to the VIP.
The JD(U) will contest on 115 seats, leaving its remaining share of seven seats for the HAM.
The meeting polls in Bihar might be held in three phases on October 28, November three and November 7. The outcomes might be declared in November 10. With PTI
