The Uttar Pradesh authorities on Tuesday filed an affidavit within the Supreme Court docket saying the courtroom should order a CBI probe into the homicide and alleged gangrape of a Dalit lady in Hathras.
It alleged that “vested pursuits” are trying to ascribe motive to derail a good probe.
The state claimed that there have been “no indicators” suggesting rape. “Provisional medical report of JJ Medical Hospital, Aligarh, did not have prima facie findings of rape. The forensic report from FSL, Agra, too, in its remaining opinion, dominated out rape,” the federal government informed tge SC.
