The police in Uttar Pradesh’s Gautam Buddh Nagar on Thursday mentioned it has lodged an FIR towards Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and round 200 different get together staff below The Epidemic Ailments Act for not sustaining social distancing and never sporting face masks.

The FIR was lodged below Indian Penal Code sections 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant), 269 (unlawfully or negligently spreading an infection of any illness harmful to life), 270 (malignant act prone to unfold an infection of illness harmful to life) and below part three of the Epidemic Ailments Act, the police mentioned.
